I have booked ticket for my parents from Delhi to shimla and return shimla to Delhi. Return flight was cancelled by air India due to bad weather and my parents could not travel due to cancellation.Flight no.is AI-9804 dated 26/07/2017 I have asked refund of the ticket both air India and easemytrip both raised their hands and refusing the refund. Air India is saying easemytrip will refund the amount while easemytrip is saying air India will do. one copy of ticket is attached, second I am unable to attach because it is taking only one attachment.
