Complaint regarding refund from Happyeasygo Value: 8000.

Sir, I have booked my flight ticket from Mumbai to Darbhanga for dated 21st May 22, but due to some reason i have cancelled the flight tickets on 13th May 22. It was under free cancellation as i have pay the extra service charges to Happyeasygo. But since that today they are not refunding my eligible amount of around Rs. 8000/-.

82 days has gone and still they are just saying that they are escalating the issues that’s it. Please take action and help to record my refund.

The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue.
