Pls pls pls help me out I’m in big trouble no one is helping me out. From last 2 months i’m requesting Make My Trip to refund my money these guys are just taking time from me they fake promises that they will be providing a supervisor call but I don’t receive any call. I am a needy person who needs money. I don’t have father only have mother. For 25th May 20 and 28th May 2020 I booked a ticket. It cancelled due to due To COVID-19 By Airline. I need my refund in the same mode of payment Makemytrip do fake promises from customers that they will give us a Supervisor Call but no body calls us. And when we call on their customer care no. on being for soooo long on waiting. When the call connects the agents without listening our problem disconnects call in middle and dnt give a call back. I have all the proof. Pls help me. I need my refund.
