Complaint regarding wrong product from Flipkart

I’ve ordered Whirlpool 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC from flipkart with seller listed there is Omni Tech Retail. The specification mentioned there on product site was that outdoor unit weight is 34kg but i’ve received the outdoor unit of weight 26.8kg, which is actually for the 1 ton AC for the same product. I raised my concern to flipkart as soon as i received the product but got nothing in reply for next 5 days. Meanwhile the installation guy was not ready to postponed his work and he told me that if i denied installation now, i would never get product warranty again, so i installed it. Then on 25th of may, after 5 day of delivery and installation of my product, i got reply from flipkart that i have to replace this product. i told them that if i had to replace it then i should have informed earlier and installation should not have been scheduled but i got nothing positive in response rather they stick to the point that i have to replace it. Installation needs breaking of walls,holes etc which my room owner does not allow to do it again and also i have paid around 6500rs for this. I requested them that atleast they should provide me the price difference of 1.5 tom Ac and 1 ton Ac of same model or return my investment in cash or gift voucher  but they denied. so, i feel i have been cheated both by flipkart and the seller.

I tried to lodged a complain on NCH website with docket no – 2026159, where flipkart closed the case stating that i need to contact them if i have to return the product denying t he fact that i would get my extra investment of 6500rs from their end.
