On 27/4/22 registered my Brothers profile for match making and paid them Re. 4500/- for 4months. Going to be 3months they have not provided any service. Have sent them several mails to refund the money but they have not done it. The marriage co-ordinator Ms. Sxxxxa with whom we were speaking with is not responding to calls, we have noticed her behaviour has changed after registration. As per their refund policy after completing 50? of the plan time if no service is provided we can claim 100% refund. In our case after completing 2months we claim for total refund but not getting any reply. Need your help to get the refund and resolve this issue. This is a high level stress dealing with such organisation.
