Complaint against Flipkart for non-delivery and refund amount

I would like to inform that I had ordered ‘Flying Machine Skinny Dark Blue Jeans’ on June 15, 2022 against Order ID ODxxxx0 for Rs. 659. Further, the order was confirmed by Flipkart team and was expected to be delivered on June 22, 2022 but the same was not delivered to me on the due date. Thereafter, I raised a complaint regarding the same and the team asked me to wait for more days.

After that I raised many complaints regarding the same but my order was not delivered and one day the team asked me to cancel my order without assigning any valid reason. I had no other option but to cancel my order and asked for my refund. I cancelled my order on July 12, 2022 and maximum assured time for refund by Flipkart is 4 working days.

This is really unfortunate that today is 28th of July, 2022 and no refund has been provided to me till date, despite of multiple complaints for the same. The team provide no further escalation and the matter keeps hanging on.

Therefore, in the light of above i would like to request you to take appropriate action against Flipkart for this unethical behaviour.
