I have buy a product from Naaptol and return the product as well and i have request them to refund my money in my Account but they issued the the refund Voucher but i Don’t wont to get the any Voucher, Because In Future i Will Not Buying Any product from Naaptol.com so i have request them to Refund my money in My Bank Account. Please Help me to get my Money in My Account.

naaptol shopping is the worst online shopping . my wife order earpod worth Rs. 600 . which is very bad neither cant recieve call nor can fit into ears. while we called for return they refused to return and force us to purchase more product worst customer support. it is not question of 600 but the dignity and trust.
i will never visit naptol shopping again
