Complaint regarding non-delivery by, of oxybreath pro

I had ordered 5 OxyBreath Pro respirator masks from a site called on 5th March 2020 for the amount RS.9925.74. I got an order confirmation for the order by mail from support[@] mail id. The order was taking a log time to be shipped. I mailed the support asking for an order tracking id multiple times. They never shared a tracking id and just told me the order was going to be shipped soon. Since it didn’t seem like the order would be shipped at all, I requested the order to be cancelled on 12th March. After exchanging a lot of mails with the support, asking for a cancellation and refund, they replied on 23rd March reacting to a negative review I wrote on the site Trust Pilot (link for the review: https://www[dot], and said that the refund would be initiated within 72 hours by mail as a reply to my review, but they never explicitly said that the order has been cancelled.

After that, I exchanged multiple mails with them requesting a transaction id for the refund, and the bank name and account number from which the refund would be transferred. They sent me the transaction id (8acda4a57080b45d0170ab9f6c715343) but not the bank details. I have not received the refund yet and they  say that they have refunded the money and it will reflect in my bank account in a few days.

    Prepaid Order for TWO Silent Snore devices to NPY IGADGET 24 since last March has not reach my address which was clearly given in the detail of the Order.
