Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I had ordered 2 bags from shein india on 14/07/2018. one bag was not as i expected so i asked for return and refund on 16/07/2018. At the time of return request i had clearly asked them for refund i.e Rs. 1522 to my bank account and not into my shein wallet. Bank details were provided end number of times to Ms. Axxxxn and Mr. Axxxxxn from shein india who assured me that the refund will be done to my bank account within 7 days after the bag is received by them. After so many requests the bag was picked up from my address and on 7/08/2018 the refund was done to my shein wallet instead of my bank account. From then i have been trying to contact them for transfer to bank account and i am not getting response. i want my refund to be transferred to my bank account. with order no XKK29402
