Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

I purchased 2 Nike shoes and was not satisfied with the product and suspected if they were genuine as there were no tags on shoes. When i raised request for return, it was accepted but suddenly after 2 days i got msg that it is canceled with following reasons mailed and communicated by Escalations team:

My account failed with internal checks and my account will be suspended. I have made full payment and now they are not returning the product and refunding it. The policy they claim is internal and they are cheating the consumer with their money. I was eligible for return and refund as per the policy mentioned in their website.

Taking legal actions.
