Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

I have ordered a nike blue air shoe . But it was fake thats why i have returned it.In my returning process i gave an incorrect account number after that i maild to snapdeal that it was not my account number. They replied me that it will be okay if i submit the account details to them.Today they gave me a notification that my refund is successful but I didn’t get any money till now.please help me.Even i have written lots of time to snapdeal but they are not giving any responses please help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
