Complaint regarding refund from Vivo for cancelled order
Bought a iqoo z7s from vivo official app (26th May) and cancelled before it reaches me (27th May). I used my debit card for the purchase since I am getting around 1500 off using one such card I have.
I cancelled it the very next day, thinking that I made this purchase by mistake.
So far, they cancelled and informed me that my refund will be initiated within 48 *working* hours.
80 hours have been passed, if I exclude Sunday then 64 *working* hours have been passed. Last time (2nd June) I contacted them, they told me it will be refunded within 24 *working* hours. Then the day later send me the same in a mail, your refund will be initiated within 24 *working* hours.
Yesterday, they sent me mail that I didn’t provided the required details. What details? They had not asked for any details ever. Plus, they have all the details they need. They need to refund to the source that doesn’t require to add any detail.
My 17499 is stuck with them. I am not sure they have intention to give my money back anymore. Also, the app still showing my phone is “on the way”. I have informed them already and they haven’t made any attempt to change it. Nor they mention it in any of my email. I am feeling scammed by one of the smartphone leader in India.
