This is to inform you that i had placed an order Carly Sofa Set (Fabric Molphino _14, 2+1 seater) on 9th May’17 through online portal https://woodysfurniture.in for delivery to Guwahati Assam. Online payment of Rs 23980 for the same was made through credit card.
However as per mail received on 25th May’17 from Woody’s customer care representative my order was cancelled by woodys team stating delivery not being possible at Guwahati due to “Octroi Issue”. Such delivery issue were not being stated during order placement at the online portal.
Inspite of repeated follow up by mail & over phone in the last 3 months always excuses were given by woodys team for failure of timely refund. Kindly help me get back my refund as soon as possible.
