I booked a zoom car on the 11th of Jan from Bangalore airport for 4 days and returned the car on 14th. During the trip I paid for the state tax permit of Kerela for a quarter for Rs. 1500 I was assured by the customer service team that this amount will be refunded back since I paid for a quarter. But till date I have not heard anything back from them. We cannot reach their customer service desk nor the fleet executive whos number zoom provides helps at all. I feel cheated and have tried all possible ways to contact but have not got any response. This is unacceptable and I need an action to be taken on them. I have a recording as well where the zoom customer service representative committed to the refund that should also be reflected in their call log and minutes. I have had such a bad experience with Zoom that I will never recommend them to anyone and will file a complaint in the consumer court.
