Complaint regarding retailer charging extra than MRP

I visited a cafe named caffeine bbsr located near my hostel. I bought a bottle of mineral water to which they charged more than the MRP claiming that we are adding extra money for the transportation. The MRP was 10Rs but they charged 15Rs. I mean how far is this justified? Of not kindly take some actions against the cafe

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
