Complaint regarding retailer charging extra than MRP

I visited a cafe named caffeine bbsr located near my hostel. I bought a bottle of mineral water to which they charged more than the MRP claiming that we are adding extra money for the transportation. The MRP was 10Rs but they charged 15Rs. I mean how far is this justified? Of not kindly take …
