This complaint is regarding a fraud service center claiming they are a franchisee of LG which sent a technician to repair my LG microwave, changed the capacitor n charged me Rs 1950/- for it giving a warranty of 3 months. My microwave stopped working within 3 days again n after repeated follow ups they sent another technician who again did something with the microwave and convinced us that microwave is ok but there is a problem with our electric connection,then he went away. We got our electric lines checked and it was fine. We again started following up without getting any response. Today on 1st of July we finally called a genuine LG technician to repair the microwave. kindly look into it.

My lg ac…it was creating problems from last 3 months….so i register my complain to LG….after 2 days a fake so called LG technician visited is…..he did something with AC..and charged 4000? …after this ac worked for few days and then same problem appears again..then finally a genuine technician came from lg and fix the problem
I just want to say…these type of fake so called LG technicians are spoiling the image of a well known reputed company…a strict action should be take against these frauds..
If the company requires,i can provide mobile numbers and names of those frauds….
