Complaint regarding service from Splendid Tour

Travel agency has taken Money but not given confirmation of flight ticket and hotels. Splendid tour has taken Money for booking of flight and hotel but not given confirmation till now . 2-3 days they communicated politely but now not answering phone calls and if answering communicating rudely.I have paid 5000 + 24000. I am attaching invoice of payment. Agency account details

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
