Complaint regarding fraud data entry job

I got a call before some days from a company named “Easy build Technology” about online data entry work, later I found on it’s a fake thing which I signed digitally through my cell phone and now I am getting call and mails from them by saying they are from high court of Allhabad and I have to pay dome ransom amount as penalty to them. Hence I request you to help me out from this fraud situation.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
