Complaint regarding services from bookmybai

Not reverting to the complaints and no hierarchy to escalate issues. Value: 15000

Had given fee to the bookmybai, but as they couldnt give me any suitable maid. i had asked for refund of the money to which they said they dont have refund policy , but they will issue me Credit note.

They have not issued credit note till date.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
