Because of my recent transfer, I have decided to send my Car to my parent’s house at Varanasi , hence Ms. Mxxxx Sxxxxxxa from Hanuman Car Transport services has approached me for their services and share her best quotation of Rs.11,000 with payment term as (Rs,2000/- advance booking, Rs.4500/- on the day loading the car at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai & remaining Rs. 4500 on the delivery date at Varanasi).
We agreed on the same above mentioned terms and likewise paid the payment as per the agreement, From now on 09 Dec 2023 they have shared a new invoice of 26,000/- which was not been informed in the past and was not agreed upon.
Its highly disappointing to see, that such registered company is doing such misleading and fraud and harassing customers. Please find the screen short of our communication with Hanuman card Transport.
Kindly take appropriate action and help us to deliver the car as per our agreement with dues to be paid, since we have paid full 11,000 as per the agreement.
