I have paid for rental brokerage of Rs.3538/- to nobroker website under their agent’s pressure on 22.10.2020 But the website has not posted the ad till 13.11.2020 Hence I sought for refund, but on receipt of mail they said to have posted after 21 days which is useless. Even now the property is not shown in general, only if exact address is typed, it is showing. This is a kind of technique used by the said website to defraud the citizens. Hence request for action against the nobroker website for unfair trade practices using web browser cheating several clients in india and seek for damages.
