The above said item stopped working suddenly & despite of several calls & emails the jio mart & Activa company not responding properly to solve the issue.
Activa company has no service centre at Surat and asking to open the geyser by local mechanic and send the pic of damaged part to them. They’ll send the New part through courier..! Then what is the meaning of warranty..? Jio mart is asking me to contact directly to the company..!
Hence I kindly requesting you to please help me to solve this issue proper way
