Refund not received from New Shatabdi Travels

Dear Sir, Refer to the above cited subject, the details of travels are Date of Journey: 16-Nov-23; New Shatabdi Travels (Jalaun to Delhi), Time: 10:00pm. Ticket no. TSxxxxx3. Based on mentioned details by Sister is the  passenger and waited till 02:00am where bus has not reached to pickup point & also no proper response from Red bus and travels. I have called to Red bus customer care and inform that they cant wait till late nights.
