I have purchased the car on 26.01.2020 and on first service i.e on 27/07/2020 a noise arises from the dash board. But till date the problem has not been fixed.
My car has a multiple of visits to okhla service centre for the issue to get resolved ( all the invoices duly kept and can be presented if required ) but everytime the car returned to me saying that problem has been resolved but that was not the case.
The car had been in service centre sometimes continue to upto 15 days as well.
Meanwhile the dealer told me to use services of ola/uber which they will reimburse on presenting the bill but here also they are not reimbursing the amount after submission of bill.
I am going through mental trauma dealing with this type of false commitment and worst service of the service center.
I plea to please help me and get my problem resolved.
