Complaint regarding servicing of new Lenovo Z2 Plus from flipkart

This is to inform you that I bought lenovo z2 plus mobile by 18May’17 through flipkart. The problem i faced is auto switch off, switch off while charging , overheating, responds on its own way .Then i mail customer support of flipkart on 11 th day whether i get replacement/ refund . They reply that after 10 days no replacement or refund they tell me to meet service center . So i went service center at Trichy authorised Lenovo service centre. I show it to the service centre they first tell me to change OS they did and show me to check but i checked the problem is not solved so they tell mobile should kept on Observation for 2 days i said okay. Then i called after 2 days to get mobile that time they told over phone that your mobile mother board is the issue & to be changed. i shocked ” how a new mobile can have the mother board issue”. I ask them about remedy they tell in warranty they we can claim the Motherboard i said yes. They told it will take a week i dont have anyword to say i accepted. Then i went after a week directly they told the same a week again i got depressed . Today 16may’17 told spare is not available wait for another week. Flipkart customer support replied two days before that it will not happen in future but there is no answer or remedy for the problem i faced & facing .I faced probes family & friends due to improper communication without an proper smartphone due to this i got Low Blood pressure also & couldnt to search & communicate the next job. May be it might one of the probe but it should not be repeated. Simple man can realize the pain when he really have it. So i hope believe in you to make compensation for my losses.
