Incomplete book order received for Notebooks

We have booked complete cbsc kit of class 5 and class 7 for my two daughters. Today only I received the delivery after opening of school and still problematic. We received 7 5th class full cbsc kit, but for 5th class …they supposed to send 1 set of books and 1 set of notebooks. Instead of that we received only note books without books. They delivered two sets of notebooks for class 5th and no books…
Please revert back with positive response quickly, as schools already started.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
