Complaint regarding servicing TVS Apache after accident

Our bike TVS apache got accident on 30.06.21 and we had register our claim with our insurance co. on 01.07.21. and put our bike to TVS dealership M/S lakulish Motor, subhanpura , vadodara on 01.07.21. But till today i.e. 01.09.21 Dealer could not able to handover our bike to us after repairing. We had already mail to TVS company but they also not able to resolve our problem and handover our bike to us. Today we had contact them on custermer service no. and they have replied us that our company representative has report us that your problem has resolve and your complain closed. Our complaint no. with TVS company is Grievance ID TVS_Gr_202119833229. Already two months has laps but our bike is with TVS company and his dealer.
