Complaint regarding settlement by AHO Medi Health

I purchased a policy from AHO Medi Health LLP Policy for Five persons for Two years after paying Rs.13000/- online from credit card. He commit for paying interest amount of EMI of Rs.13000/- and also pay 50% opd bills payment after deduct of Tax. Also commit you have purchased any medicine we have paid 15% amount of Medicine Bill after deduction of GST. But I have submitted an OPD Bill from 15th January’2019 of Rs.500/- till now they have not clear my bill. I am talking many time on telephonically and also write email to him but they have not given any satisfied reply. Now, they have not fulfill your commitment, so, I request you please refund my policy amount as per law and penalty for harrasment to me by this company.
