We booked 5days – 4nights package(from May 1 2019 to May 5 2019) for 6 adults and one child from Bangalore to Singapore on March 18 2019 through travel agency named “TravBond” located in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi-110091. We paid the amount of 155000 rupees as a first instalment to travel agency account via net-banking. Couple days after the booking, we got only return ticket from SIngpore to Bangalore on March 20 2019. From day one after the booking, travel agency representatives named, Sxxxxt, Vxxxxn and Jxxxxxi from Travbond are saying that going ticket from Bangalore to Singapore is not yet confirmed and gave assurance that it will be going to confirm. We used to repeatedly follow up every day about the status of the booking and we used to get the same answer as not confirmed. We used call and send multiple emails but used to get the reply once in a while. As per the request from the agency, we sent our passports and visa related documents on April 19 2019 via blue dart courier and reached agency on April 20 2019 afternoon. Later on April 20 2009 evening agents are saying that going flight tickets from Bangalore to Singapore are not going to confirmed and asking to us to book the ticket that too one week before journey date, that is May 1st and also difficult to get the visas. By considering the all these circumstances we don’t continue the package with the agency Travbond and as it is the complete responsibility of the agency and they should provide the complete itinerary as we both agreed while booking the package. We want full refund from agency since it is irresponsibility and complete failure from the agency.
I am attaching all the necessary documents with this complaint.
Please get the complete amount to be refunded by the agency company with compensation because we faced mental harassment and spent our valuable time by interacting with agency. Agency is cheated us by false commitments and bad service and experience. Please treat it as urgent and do the needful as early as possible
