Complaint regarding short-delivery by Ajio vendor

I ordered two track pants from ajio app and I received only one.. Missing product is Fastdry Active Essential Track pant, Olive, M, 44xxxxx3 .I raised complain against it from ajio itself. . They provide my complaint no. COMxxxxx0 and assured me to resolve till 13th June but not any action has been taken against this by them… Again I used to call them today but didn’t give any satisfactory response further.
