Complaint regarding sterling holiday voucher

We were called by sterling holiday for presenatation for membership at borivali mumbai and gave us one 2 night holiday voucher to be redeem at web site, we got physical gift voucher and scan the same and send to website we got reply that your details are not matching. it seems that Mr Axxxxxxxxk Dxxxxxy didi not give our details to their office. we asked to contact office in mumbai but they are also not providing any help since last 10 days.
