Complaint regarding unwanted calls from Crossroads

Daily unwanted calls from Crossroads for membership. They are calling daily to take the membership.
I have told them that I am not interested in their plans still their agent’s abuse on the phone and keep calling. please help.
Even the female agents are very rude and keep calling daily.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund.
