1. We recharged our d2h for 6 months on March 2018 by paying an amount of rs. 1400 approx
2. We took a mirror connection on April 2018. We gave rs. 1000 in cash to the service technician.
3. May 2018 we notice both the connections disconnected due to insufficient balance.
4. Contacted customer service, they registered complaint. Promised within 24 hrs the problem will be solved. But did not.
5. This was repeated several times.
6. Despite several complaints, the problem still persisted.
7. Again we made a recharge of rs. 245 on 27.07.2018, cancelled our mirror connection too. This was working for a day. Today (28.07.2018) the connection got cut saying insufficient balance.
8. Contacted customer care, they said the balance is rs. 220, wait for 10 minutes and refresh the set top box, it will work. But this didn’t work.
