Hi, my television’s screen was not work properly so I rise complaints with toll free number of Videocon service department on 31st of july. His employee came to my house and check the problem and report it to his company and charged me to come home for checking. ill pay his amount in cash then he is gone. today ill cross 2 months with complain bt company is not taking my complaint seriously. he gave me 48 hours and then he cheating his customers.
