I purchased a Voltas AC (Inverter, 2 Ton) trusting the TATA brand, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. For the past 3 years, I’ve been facing a recurring F2 error and compressor malfunction. Despite raising multiple service requests, the issue remains unresolved.
The technicians either fail to repair the unit properly or don’t respond at all. Every time, I get the same scripted apology but no real action. My latest request is still open and no one has followed up. This is not just a technical issue anymore – it’s complete negligence and harassment from Voltas service.
I’m now demanding a full refund or a replacement, and I want this issue to be escalated to a senior executive. If not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and approach consumer court.
