Complaint regarding waiver of loan from Bajaj Finance

Respected sir/madam
I want to draw your kind attention on the following few points.
1. Sir, my husband tooke a loan on 03 May 19 from Bajaj Finance Ltd, while purchasing new BAJAJ MAXIMA three wheeler
2. My husband has expired on 11 Jun 19,
3. As per Finance Protection Policy left over loan installments may be waived off.
4. While we approached the representative of above said firm with this issue , the representative denied about such policy and now he is forcing us to pay loan installments.
5 So you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible, as I am in great problem.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
