Complaint regarding wrong product from Nykaa

I received a wrong product from Nykaa and after doing all the procedure for the replacement they rejected my replacement and not providing me the product which I ordered. They are asking me to contact to the manufacturer and the manufacturer’s telling me that they’ve initiated the replacement of the product to which Nykaa is replying that they’ve not received any information so they cannot replace my product.
