Nsdl has sent my pan card on 26 mar and reached the jaipur on 27 mar then on 1 april it was showing status as out for delivery. Till now that is 11 apr I haven’t received the courier yet and there has been no contact to me.
They customer service is worst . Never pick any calls nor revert. If you cannot provide the service why the hell you started this company..
