Defective coffee table from Amazon

I had bought a coffee table from Amazon, first they delayed in delivering the table and within months, the screw became lose and it is almost shaky, scared to use it as kids are there at home, when contacted Seller, he said, he cant do anything and when contacted Amazon, they said they will take care, but even amazon didn’t do anything. So I want the refund from seller or amazon.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
