I had couriered an important packet on 12th June 2017 though DTDC to be delivered in Chennai. Upon tracking, it was showing as recipient’s door closed. While I called to the courier vendor, they told me that the packet is wrongly routed. Even she is saying that they are not responsible if it is sent through normal mode.
I was facing a lots of problem (loss and damage) as it is an important packet for me .
Requesting to suggest how can I claim a damage from the DTDC for loss/damage for its gross failure in service.
