Defective phone from Shopclues vendor

I ordered mobile from shopclues online site by COD mode for 4499/- . After that On 16.07.2017 I got delivered the mobile. After checking the mobile it was having lots of problem
1. Speakers was not working
2. Mobile hanged
3. Touch wasn’t working
4. Batter got too much heat shown notification remove battery immediately battery temperature is high

Then same date 16.09.2017 I contact shopclues and mentioned all the issue asked to refund the money and return the product.

Till 19.09.2017 I didn’t received any response from shopclues then I contact shopclues customer care regarding my refund request.

The customer care executive said your request is cancelled due to manufacture defect of the product and mobile having 1year manufacturing warranty so I need to visit service center.

I said this is new Mobile I didn’t used even single day then why should I go service center. They replied sorry we can’t do anything only you should visit service center.

I am too much disappointed. Please help me to sort out this issue.
