I have approached for OD Loan with Bajaj Finance and they have discussed with me over phone and agreed to give loan with intererest rate of 14% and Processing charges 2% and there is no other charges will be levied. However on 20/09/2017 early hours I received a message which is mentioned that your loan application is processed with interest rate of 14.75% and Processing charges 2% and insurance Rs. 5000/-. Immediately I have sent a mail saying that please stop the processing of loan and should not disburse the loan. I even on 20/09/2017 informed over phone the same thing to Mr. Mxxxu Mxxxxr, Mr. Axxxl Manager and I also sent a message.
But after informing also they have processed the loan and credited to my account. I once again called them to take back that money, but they are not responding.
I am herewith attaching the mail communication for your reference. I request yo to do the needful at the earliest.
