Defective product from fossil.com, no refund received

sir, actually i buy a watch from fossil.com, in the first week of december. as, it was defected , i returned it back and it reached their warehouse. but, till today, i m waiting for my refund. their representatives are giving me false promises again and again. its almost 3 months now and i m fedup with their continous lies. plz help me regarding this.
I have all the conversations with their representatives telling me different types of lies. now, they r not responding to any of my questions. so, plz help.
