Delivery of damaged product by Myntra

I ordered three priducts from Myntra on 26th June, 2018. One of the products, a black and gold printed clutch box by Berrypeckers was found defective. The box has a defective clasp and does not close. I tried to raise return request online but was unable as the online site of return did not work. I called the Myntra Customer Support Centre and was advised to send snap shots of the product and the price tag. I sent the same as well as a video demonstrating the problem. However, receiving no further response from Myntra, I called Customer Service again today but was told that they wouldnot accept return. And all this after Myntra’s tall claims of no question return and refund policy! I spoke to one of their customer service executives who couldnt offer any solution & redirected my call to a higher official. However, he couldnt offer any solution and insisted that return wasnt possible. I am disappointed and disgusted at this lack of basic ethics of honoring customer trust and goodwill.
