Did not receive a refund of Rs.5386 from Goibibo

I had booked a room in The Westin at Kolkata and cancelled the order though Goibibo app. I did not get my refund and am not even sure if the refund was generated as Goibibo is not showing any signs of refund and havent even provided me with a refund reference number. I would request the consumer forum of India to look into the matter as the refund hasn’t been provided although there was a mention of free refund. The payment was done through an SBI card

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
