DTDC not delivery parcel even after reaching destination

I have sent courier from Dandeli to Indore. Parcel has reached to destination but they have not contacted anyone to deliver. They have not contacted Sender/Receiver about the status of the product, I have attached the status on the same. DTDC should not take orders if it’s not possible to deliver after charging so much amount. Food is been damaged from parcel due to mishap done by DTDC. I have mailed, caled to their customer service but no reply from DTDC side till now. If you provide me complaint email id I can forward everything to you. Please ask them to justify or stop courier service
