I did the online payment for CCS University back exams (BBA 2nd Semester) for my son on 12 Jun 2021. I did two transaction, the very first in Jun 2020 and the another one on 12 Jun 2021 for the same examination of Rs. 940.00 each from Axis Bank Debit Card.
The reason for refilling the back exam form again, is COVID19. The back exams for 2nd semester were not conducted in Jun 2020 , and University didn’t refund any fee to my account after cancelation of the back examinations in that scenario.
Then, unfortunately today i.e. 12 Jun 2021, I needed to refilling the back examination form again because the virtual marksheet remains shows the need of it. And as per this situation, the one of these two transactions should be refunded.
Below is the transaction ids which I have received from Axis Bank which proved amount has been credited in Merchant account (CCS University). Transaction IDs: 200686000-53680.
I have tried phone number given on official website (www.ccsuonline.in) around 25 times. But no response on email and no one have picked up phone till now.
Please help me to get my money back in my account. Your help would be highly appreciated.
