Sir I am insured by the raksha tpa co ltd I am ex employee of punjab national bank I am cronic patient of diabities and I take regularly expenses of domacil treatment on monthly basis. Unfortunately I was effected from covid in the month of april 21 i was hospitalised for 7 days i.e. 16 april to 23 april 21 after discharge i have submitted all papers to the co through my circle office thereafter i have received mail on 18 may in which some queries were raided i have replied and submitted all papers on 20 may . i have not any mail or telephone fro m 20 may to 9 june it seems that my claim has been settled. but i go through the sight of co on 9 june i get message that your claim is recommended for non pay due to non submission of documents the co . Is adopting a such type of activities of high amount of claim .my claim amount is rs 215749/ sir I request you to please take up the matter with the co. I am very mentally tourched.
