I ordered a pair of shoes of Louis Stitch worth 1627.83 rupees on 11th June 2022 but I received an empty package on 14th June 2022, I called them within 5 minutes of receiving the problem to inform about the issue.
They asked me to wait for 3 days but the ticket they raised was resolved on 15th June 2022 denying my claim.
I told them I wanted to have the product not a refund but after contacting them many times they repeated the same thing that we successfully delivered the package to you and we cannot help you in this case.
They were not considerate of whatever I said, even after being their loyal customer they have literally harrassed me after giving an empty package calling it was my mistake.
Please help me out regarding this as MYNTRA has not helped me and harrassed me
